We’re a stealth venture developing cutting-edge AI models that generate realistic sounds and music from video. Our technology “unmutes” silent content and creates custom audio for gaming, video platforms, and creative industries.
We’re a small team building the next generation of audio AI. Our founders combine deep technical expertise with a passion for creativity. Backed by leading AI and venture investors, we’re already partnering with industry innovators and looking for first commercial hire to lead our G2M.
About the Role
As our first dedicated Sales / Go-To-Market hire, you’ll take ownership of building the commercial function from the ground up. This is a 0–1 role: you’ll design the sales strategy, win our first customers, and create the processes that allow us to scale. At the same time, you’ll be hands-on – running outreach, pitching directly, and closing deals with forward-thinking partners in AI, gaming, and creative tech.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to shape the commercial DNA of a frontier AI company while staying close to execution.
What you’ll do
Define and execute the go-to-market and sales strategy for our AI products (app, API, enterprise solutions)
Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and lead generation through to pitching, negotiating, and closing
Drive adoption with AI video platforms, gaming companies, and creative technology players
Secure lighthouse customers and partnerships that validate our product and unlock growth
Build scalable sales processes, playbooks, and pipelines for repeatable success
Collaborate with founders on positioning, pricing, and customer feedback loops to refine our product roadmap
Job requirements
About You
Track record with Sales / GTM experience, ideally in early-stage B2B tech or creative industries
Proven success in setting up 0–1 sales motions and winning first customers for a new, unknown or complex product
Experience selling novel technology into companies (e.g. SaaS, AI, gaming, or creative tools)
Comfortable owning both strategy and execution – you can think big picture but also pick up the phone and close deals
Strong communicator and relationship builder, able to engage senior stakeholders and creative communities alike
Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to operate in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
An interest in music and creativity is a strong plus. If you’re up for joining the occasional team jam session, even better
