About the Venture

We are a Berlin-based, venture-backed prop-tech company on a mission to redefine property management through cutting-edge technology and AI. Our vision is to build the first truly global, tech-driven property management platform - one that streamlines operations, enhances guest experience, and empowers property owners. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Head of Product to drive the next stage of our platform’s evolution.

About the Role

As Head of Product, you’ll be the driving force behind our product vision and roadmap. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver a scalable, AI-powered platform that transforms property management - optimising everything from pricing and booking automation to guest experience and operational workflows. This is a strategic leadership role, working closely with engineering, data science, operations, and commercial teams to bring new product innovations to life.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap in line with business goals.

• Leading the development of a scalable property management system with integrated AI capabilities.

• Collaborating with tech teams to implement dynamic pricing, forecasting, and automation tools.

• Overseeing integrations with third-party APIs (e.g., OTA channels, smart locks, payment solutions).

• Building and mentoring a high-performing product team.

• Driving customer research and using insights to shape user experience and product design.

• Testing and iterating with data-driven approaches, including A/B testing.

• Exploring monetisation strategies, including SaaS pricing and upselling features.

• Supporting platform expansion into new markets and verticals.

About You

You’re a strategic product leader with a passion for building scalable platforms and a deep appreciation for AI, automation, and user experience. You’ve led cross-functional teams in fast-paced, tech-enabled environments and know how to translate complex data into compelling product decisions.

What you bring:

• 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally within tech-enabled operations, SaaS, or marketplace models.

• A strong background in AI, automation, and data analytics.

• Experience managing full product lifecycles - from vision to execution.

• Proven ability to lead and grow product teams in high-growth settings.

• Familiarity with the hospitality or travel tech sector is a strong plus.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• A data-first mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Bonus: experience with APIs, third-party integrations, and ML products.
