Position Summary:

We're looking for a Fintech Head of Operations to join our growing team. This hands-on role is perfect for a resourceful and adaptable individual who excels in a startup environment and is passionate about developing practical, impactful Fintech Operational organizations. A Low-Code/No-Code oriented candidate would be a huge plus. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Working hands-on in operating and serving our first clients (KYC, Payments, Credit Risk Operations)

• Building up a Fintech Operations organization; including processes, organization, and hiring high potential co-workers/team members.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of low-code/no-code solutions into business operations.

• Stay ahead of fintech trends and regulations, especially within the German market, to ensure compliance and innovation.

• Develop and implement operational applications using low-code/no-code platforms, focusing on efficiency and user experience.

What we are looking for: 

• Solid operational experience in operations (management), ideally within a fintech or startup environment.

• Agile, hands-on approach with the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges

• Good understanding of financial operations (KYC, Payments and Credit Risk Operations) and regulatory compliance, particularly in Germany.

• Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for continuous learning and growth.

• Solid low-code/no-code experience is a big plus.
