About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Growth to own acquisition, retention, and lifecycle performance across the entire D2C funnel.

You’ll partner closely with the founders and product teams to define and execute the growth roadmap - building the playbooks, systems, and creative engine that drive measurable results.

This is a high-impact role for someone who loves data, experimentation, and making things happen fast.

What You’ll Do

  • Own key D2C growth metrics - revenue, CAC, LTV, and contribution margin.

  • Lead and optimise paid channels - Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, influencer, and affiliate marketing.

  • Scale lifecycle and retention marketing - drive performance through email, SMS, packaging, and content.

  • Own the digital experience - manage CRO, website optimisation, and product merchandising (Shopify).

  • Launch and optimise new products, bundles, and pricing strategies - from concept to go-live.

  • Partner with product and brand to define the growth roadmap and align campaigns with launches and customer insights.

  • Use data to guide decisions - build dashboards, track performance, and forecast growth.

  • Collaborate with leadership on growth reporting and investor updates.

  • Build and lead a small, high-performance team - managing freelancers, agencies, and creative partners to scale execution.

About You

Skills & Experience

  • 5–8 years in growth, performance, or digital marketing - ideally in D2C, health, or consumer goods.

  • Proven success running and scaling paid acquisition channels with strong ROI.

  • Deep understanding of full-funnel performance and lifecycle marketing.

  • Experience with CRO, website optimisation, and e-commerce tools (Shopify preferred).

  • Comfortable managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional projects.

  • Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of growth metrics, experimentation, and attribution.

  • Excited to roll up your sleeves and build systems that scale.
