We are looking for a mission-driven Founder to launch and scale an innovative smart hydration solution designed to empower people to live healthier, more energized lives.

Consumers today are prioritizing preventative health, longevity, and performance optimization—but traditional hydration and nutrition solutions fall short. This venture will revolutionize the way people hydrate by integrating functional nutrition, cutting-edge filtration technology, and personalized health tracking, delivering zero-sugar, nutrient-enhanced beverages tailored to individual needs.

With successful trials and a patented IP developed with one of the world’s leading F&B players, this is a unique opportunity to scale a science-backed solution that makes health-focused hydration effortless.

Your Role as Founder

As the Founder, you will:

• Create a Consumer-Centric Experience – Develop a seamless, engaging, and accessible hydration solution that integrates technology and science-backed nutrition to fit modern lifestyles.

• Scale a High-Impact Business – Rapidly launch and expand across workplaces, fitness centers, airports, and education spaces, bringing smart hydration to consumers at scale.

• Lead Innovation in Personalized Nutrition – Leverage data-driven insights and IoT capabilities to refine and personalize hydration experiences.

• Build a High-Performing Team – Recruit and lead a mission-driven, agile team focused on execution, innovation, and consumer engagement.

• Leverage Strategic Partnerships – Work alongside FoodLabs and industry experts to drive adoption, build brand trust, and establish key market relationships.

What You Need to Succeed

• Consumer-Driven Leadership – Experience in launching and scaling consumer-centric brands, ideally in FoodTech, HealthTech, or B2B2C environments.

• Strategic & Analytical Agility – Ability to use consumer insights, behavioral data, and market trends to shape product and business strategy.

• Hands-On Execution – A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to execute, iterate, and scale quickly.

• Passion for Impact & Innovation – A deep commitment to preventative health, sustainability, and improving everyday wellness through smarter nutrition solutions.

• Strong Market Understanding – Knowledge of functional beverages, supplements, or wellness-driven consumer products is a strong plus.

• Language Skills – Fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is a strong advantage.
