About the Role

We’re looking for an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic sales across the DACH region and broader EU markets. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting and consultative discovery to negotiation and close—working directly with senior executives, innovation teams, and technical stakeholders.

This is a high-impact role where you will help define Synthflow’s enterprise go-to-market motion, influence product direction through client insights, and build long-term partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.

Please note that for this role we require a fluent German speaker.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise-level opportunities across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales from discovery to contract execution and handoff to Customer Success.

  • Understand client pain points, map business requirements, and design tailored AI automation solutions that deliver ROI.

  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers including C-suite, Operations, Innovation, and IT leaders.

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure alignment between client needs and the product roadmap.

  • Nurture strategic accounts and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Contribute to Synthflow’s enterprise GTM strategy, sales playbooks, and account-based engagement approach.

Job requirements

What you bring

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with at least 2 years in enterprise or complex solution selling and a proven track record of exceeding quotas in high-growth B2B environments.

  • Fluent German (C1+) and English (C1+).

  • Expertise in multi-threaded, consultative, and value-based enterprise sales methodologies.

  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI automation, and enterprise operational workflows.

  • Ability to build trust and credibility with executive stakeholders and technical teams.

  • A self-starter mindset with strong ownership, drive, and the ability to operate autonomously.

  • Collaborative, proactive approach suited for fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
