FoodLabs is calling ambitious and mission-driven leaders to join us in revolutionizing the nutrition health space. As a Co-Founder & CEO, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build a venture from the ground up with FoodLabs, a Berlin-based venture capital investor and company-building studio focused on FoodTech, AgTech, Health, and Sustainability. Together, we’ll launch a groundbreaking solution in smart hydration – a patented, functional, and healthy product developed over five years with one of the world’s leading F&B companies. Backed by FoodLabs’ resources and expertise, you’ll lead this business to market, shape its future, and build a strong foundation in Europe’s high-growth wellness market.

Our venture taps into the rapidly evolving demand for health-conscious and functional hydration, targeting workplaces, fitness centers, and everyday consumers who seek enhanced hydration options with zero sugar and customizable flavors. Beyond the product, we’re creating a digital platform that integrates flavor customization and real-time data, driving a new level of personalization and functionality in hydration. Supported by FoodLabs, you will spearhead this business, focusing on sustainability, user-centric innovation, and long-term impact on health and well-being.

• Set the Vision and Culture: Establish a customer-obsessed, high-performance team that embodies FoodLabs’ values of impact, curiosity, and operational excellence.

• Scale with Purpose: Rapidly build, validate, and scale the business, from securing market traction to developing a robust B2B and B2C presence.

• Engage Stakeholders: Leverage FoodLabs’ ecosystem and build relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders to fuel growth and scale.

What you need to succeed

• Entrepreneurial Drive: Demonstrated success in building or scaling a company, ideally in health, wellness, or tech-driven consumer goods.

• Strategic Vision: Ability to set and communicate a clear vision while navigating the complexities of a dynamic market.

• Operational Agility: Hands-on experience in operational execution, from go-to-market strategies to team building and operational scaling.

• Relentless Curiosity and Impact Orientation: An unwavering commitment to innovation, sustainability, and positive impact in health and wellness.

• Language Skills: Fluency in English, with French or German as a plus.
