About the Venture

At oni we have the ambition to redefine grab & go food for the next generation of consumers. Our mission is to bring tasty, more affordable, and convenient food options to millions of people across Europe. We are starting up our operations in Berlin before expanding across several German and European cities to become the market leader in our category.

oni was founded by leaders who have previously built and scaled food-tech, e-commerce, and food-retail businesses across Europe. oni is also backed by top-tier VC investors and prominent business angels from the food sector.

What success looks like in the early months:

  • You have developed a clear marketing strategy to activate our first location in Berlin Mitte across different social media platforms

  • You orchestrated end-to-end social media campaigns with strategic finesse, from conceptualization to execution.

  • You have been adept at tracking KPIs and success metrics to optimize social media campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.

  • You drove growth by setting ambitious goals and KPIs, ensuring continuous growth in social media presence and engagement

  • You cleverly applied social media trends to our own offering and created viral content based on this combination

  • You built strong relationships with local influencers to share authentic UGC that shares our brand with their audiences

  • You dove deep into our brand’s essence and scoped several partnership opportunities that will elevate our brand relevance in the city

  • You crafted a clear brand positioning to ensure cohesive and compelling messaging across all social media platforms

  • You created the right structure around marketing activities that will make them easily replicable across different locations

What you need to succeed:

  • +3 years' experience working in a fast-paced company in the food retail or consumer industry

  • Track record in crafting creative content strategies and growing well-known brands

  • Deep understanding of Berlin and what it means to be “cool” from one Kiez to the next

  • Entrepreneurial attitude, solid communication skills, ambition

  • Attentive to priorities, responsiveness, quality, and deadlines

  • Fluency in English & German
